The concept for the development was to create a cluster of new houses that sits within the local landscape of the open Metropolitan Land. The new houses imitate the timber pavilion structures of the allotment gardens next door capturing the semi-rural local feel in which they sit.
The six homes have been designed in pairs, offering three finishes to choose from - Light, Warm, and Play. Each finish has its own subtly distinct character for home buyers to match themselves to.
The interiors have been carefully crafted by the talented designers at Scenesmith to compliment and reflect the contemporary architectural language of the properties.

To create a continuation with the exterior of the houses, a rich textural spine has been formed through the use of an exposed brickwork wall.
