The en-suite, utility room and garden room were renovated in 2020, along with the installation of a new boiler. Since January 2024, we have continued to renovate and improve the property. A new kitchen was installed in May 2024 featuring Howdens units, quartz worktops and a warming drawer. The property also benefits from new LVT flooring and skirting boards throughout the ground floor, with new carpets upstairs and oak doors fitted in 2025. A large built-in airing cupboard was added to the main bedroom and a new alarm system was installed in 2025.
